| In co-dependence denial the greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
The question is when will the 99% change course? The answer is when they are good and ready. |
When the insurance company authorizes repair to the policyholder's property and the
work is done negligently, if the insurance company refuses in bad faith to properly
correct the damage, the policyholder has a claim for the actual damages sustained (not
limited to the policy limits), but is not entitled to punitive damages:
Murray v. Allstate Insurance Co., 275 S.E. 2d 195 N.C. Ct. App., 1981.
