"Policy Ensurance" 
The policyholder's father was not considered a resident of the policyholder's household
under the terms of the automobile policy and therefore not considered an "insured." The
father was a Portuguese citizen who was visiting the policyholder at the time the accident
occurred and his immigration status required him to return to Portugal at a specified date:
