Insurance company could not subrogate

The insurance company could not subrogate against a minister who was an employee of the church, and whose personal effects were located in the church which were covered for personal property belonging to the church or its employees. The minister was in effect an insured under the policy:
State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. v. Sentry Indemnity Co., 316 So. 2d 185, 1975.
