Hi Brien & Julie, I think the best and simplest way
to educate and protect policyholders is to have
them become aware of the fundamental aspects
of claims they may have for damage to their
property.

These primary principles can be digested within a
single page of text and can be viewed at our
"deserve" link.


Recogition of one's own authority in these matters
seems to be the hardest thing for some to grasp.
