As a quality collision repair facility owner seeking help for our customers
with their policyholder rights in Washington, I went to ASK Jeeves and typed

is great information and all of us quality shop owners who stand up for our
customers and their rights as the vehicle owner, thanks you for your research
into this. The insurance industry is out of control and its time the citizens
