The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base?

My commercial vehicle was involved in a personal injury accident in January 02. My insurance broker and carrier, Progressive Insurance indicated that the vehicle in question was not included in the fleets insurance policy. In October of 01 my office FAXED a notice to our insurance broker that we were taking a vehicle out of service and putting another vehicle into service. The insurance broker indicated their office never received the FAX therefore forfeighting our eligibility for insurance. The FAX was sent to them within the 30 day window, but the accident occurred approximately 90 days after the FAX was sent. I'm working with our corporate attorney and he's currently asking for a summary judgement on behalf of this matter. My question is does anyone out there have any history on a case or situation similar to mine?? Thanks for your responses, DB!!
