The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base?

I stumbled onto this site in search of a good insurance company. But to no avail. There seem to be a lot of complaints and no recommendations. I practice law in Orange County, CA, in the area of consumer protection. This site is fascinating, but I am disappointed at the volume of complaints and the lack of solutions. It seems there are a lot of "bad guys" and no "good guys." I wanted to post this message as a "solution" to anyone with lemon law complaints. The lemon law covers the vast majority of consumer goods, primarily vehicles, boats, and other expensive consumer goods. Under the law, the manufacturer is supposed to offer to repurchase or replace the consumer good if the good develops a defect while under warranty and the manufacturer/dealer/seller is unable to repair the defect within a reasonable number of attempts. I hope to help anyone with this kind of problem. I also hope to inspire people to post recommendations re: the good companies... so the rest of us can send our business their direction. Thanks.
