I got ripped off by Statefarm after having told them to include my new vehicle in my policy. After having the initial within 30day cushion, I confirmed by email to include my newly brought vehicle and they confirmed the same..However they didnt and started giving me higher premiums (almost double) for a lapse, which I never imagined.

Though I shifted my Insurance carrier...was trying to understand how this will affect my ratings......and i would like to know how we can take these agents down for bad faith, trust and practices.
