I recently had someone pour paint stripper over both of my wifes 2002 tracker and my 81 corvette, both cars have to be totally repainted, $3500 for the tracker and $6500 for the vette, the adjuster has already approved the tracker but she is talking about totaling the vette, I have had this car for 7 years it has 63000 miles on it, I have rebuilt the transmission, new exaust system, and maintained the car, it's my baby, I don't want to lose it and feel that the new paint job is justifed. Do i have any recourse.
