The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base?

They - the insurance company - will be responsible for any deaths or future injuries (you know like the mauling death in CALIFORNIA) so that is why they will cancel you. These days, they take NO chances. Worse yet, some companies are refusing to insure any premises that will house a dog, even chained up in the back yard.

It's a sad, but true, commnetary on the times we live in. The lawsuit awards and penalities are so large that the companies just have decided not to take ANY chances.

They should read their policy and see if their policy, when issued, mentioned the dog or actions of a dog, present or future. If not, I would contact the Insurance Commissioner and the NEWS media before killing my dog.
