Dear sure-net help,
thanks for the previous replys. I have three questions that I hope you can help me further.
I made the point of negligence. The apartment's office told me they would assume the liability and their insurance agent is putting through the claim. my questions are:
1. I submitted the estimate of car value from edmunds.com. Should I be compensated for the "trade-in" or "dealer retail" price?
2. I have asked about rental car and was told the insurance would only cover $15-20 a day. Am I entitled to the full costs of a rental car, and for how long?
3. The apartment's office told me that their agent advised them not to tell me who is the insurance company. Is this right?
