| The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base? |

Dear sure-net help,
thanks for the previous replys. I have three questions that I hope you can
help me further.
I made the point of negligence. The apartment's office told me they would
assume the liability and their insurance agent is putting through the claim.
my questions are:
1. I submitted the estimate of car value from edmunds.com. Should I be
compensated for the "trade-in" or "dealer retail" price?
2. I have asked about rental car and was told the insurance would only cover
$15-20 a day. Am I entitled to the full costs of a rental car, and for how
long?
3. The apartment's office told me that their agent advised them not to tell
me who is the insurance company. Is this right?
