The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base?

Well, the E&O adjuster denied the claim. He told me that they are "OUT-RIGHT" dening that they said ANY such thing. Time to raise hell now.

1. File complaint with Insurance Commisioner
2. File Formal complaint with Nationwide
3. File complaint with Better Business Bureau
4. Find and Hire a GOOD Lawyer

and most likely, I'll picket right outside there office. Damn Scumbags.
