*Unfair Business Practices By Auto Insurance Companies
Lieff Cabraser is investigating allegations that insurance companies have engaged in deceptive practices by refusing to pay their policyholders fair market value for automobiles and other vehicles that are declared a "total loss" as a result of an accident or theft. In
addition, we are investigating claims against Farmers Group, Inc., which does business as Farmers Underwriters Association, Farmers Insurance Exchange and Farmers Insurance Company, and other auto insurance companies, for allegedly failing to reimburse policyholders injured in auto accidents for the full value of their medical expenses.

If you believe you have been affected by these practices, Please contact attorney Christopher Leung by e-mail at mailto:cleung@lchb.com
