What do You expect in case of loss?

Nationwide breached their contract with me. They denied my claim because they said I didnt prove my claim. In other words I didnt prove that my car was stolen. My car was stolen and set on fire and the ignition, steering colume, and alarm was intact. How effective is the Insurance Dept. about making insurance companies stand by their polices.
