during a storm, my neighbors tree limbs fell onto my car...causing damages....the insurance company denied the clam......saying they didnt bleieve the damage was caued by the tree.....the homeowner says they arent responsible because its an act of nature.....who is actually responsible for the damages? and can i sue in small clims court?.........who do i sue?.....the homeowner or insurance company? thanks for any help
