Hi all:

I suffered a soft tissue whiplash injury in October of 2000. I was a passenger in the backseat of a friend's car, which only had a one-point belt. Since then, I've been to physiotherapy several times. The pain has been ongoing and its difficult to sit or stand, even for normal periods of time. I had to leave college shortly after the accident as sitting was causing spasims.

My question is how much is my claim worth? I'm 22, and have a life ahead of me, that will now be limited.
