I for one gained enough information from your basic introduction pages to recognize that I'm one of the "blatantly" uninformed consumers who would like to be more knowledgeable regaurding an industry with absorbs around 20% of my yearly income to privide for the "potential loss" of what I've already paid to own.
Thanks for being available and I'll concider purchasing anything that might help me to become one of the people "informed" enough to help put the brakes on a runaway industry that uses it's consumers ignorance of what is fast becoming "their" language and policy.
