We currently have an HMO plan from my old employer. COBRA will end in Oct and we are having problems affording the COBRA payments. My husband is diabetic. Do we have any options other than COBRA to get him insurance in California?? Our COBRA payment is 825 per month and my unemployment is stopping this month....????
