I dont know about there cancellation procedures, but my vehicle was stolen over a month ago, and my claim has not been settled, I can't even get the agent to return my calls, he treated me like a criminal when he came out to take my statement, I have never felt so victimized in all my life, on top of losing my transportation i have to deal with an agent who treats me as if i did this to myself, I have been a customer with progressive for over two years and have paid in premiums four times my vehicles value and then they treat me like this. debbie smith
