| The greatest ignorance is to reject substantive matter out of hand, yet insurance policyholders do it as preset course, unaware of their vulnerability till often too late.
With such compelling information the question is when will you preempt the course setting...join the base? |

My delimma: I am a policyholder of Allstate. I'm involved in a homeowner's claim and Allstate is out of hand denying me insurance liability coverage and a legal defense even though my homeowner's policy provides me with both. Allstate's position is the situation is not a "covered occurrence," which of course is their one-sided opinion. Any help, direction, knowledge of class action suits against Allstate or any other carrier in a similar setting would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, John Dee
