The insurance lobby is pretty clever but not clever enough. The 2 bills
above are written by insurance company lawyers and are designed to replace
the existing bad faith laws signed by Governor Davis that allows consumers
to level the playing field when insurance companies act outrageously in
denying claims, as Safeco has done to me and to my children.

To defeat these bills which the insurance industry has reportedly spent over
$50,000,000 to buy themselves justice, you must vote yes, as Harvey
Rosenfield points out below....

Pro insurance company means anti-consumer.
