MAN SUES FARMER'S INSURANCE
(PORTLAND) -- A Portland man who claims he lost almost everything after a traffic accident is suing
Farmers Insurance Company. Richard Tyler filed papers in Multnomah County that opens the case up to
a class action suit. He says he brought a lawyer with him when he went to an insurance
company-referred doctor and the doctor refused to see him because of it. The insurance company then
reportedly canceled his policy. He says he had to sell his house and cars to pay expenses.
