Good question. I know of no such consumer
satisfaction index. However, I have posed the
question to the National Association of Insurance
Commissioners. I will report back any info. I do
know that insurance companies subscribe to an index
listing consumers and their claims history.

In the meantime, you may want to consider filing
a collision claim (if your loss exceeds your
deductible). Filing information is at:
