I recently had an accident where the front and rear of my 2-month-old 99 (4000 miles) Honda Accord were severely damaged. What rights do I have as a policy holder in insisting that the car is replaced instead of being repaired? Progressive (my insurer) is insisting on repairing the vehicle.
Also, if I am not sited in the accident, can I insist that the person at fault and their insurer replace my car?
