^Bob, you have hit the nail on the head: there IS no such thing as Insurance Claim Rights so long as the public AND even those
in the insurance industry itself believe there are none. However, from just one major source there are many, many pages of
policyholder rights and company obligations under the title "N.A.I.C. Model Regulations" (National Association of Insurance
: Commissioners) that spell out those prohibited, unfair or deceptive practices in the business of insurance. There are also many
state laws that set additional standards. I have made it my crusade to inform the public, and also have the industry become
aware, of these rules and standards. . .
